“Amazon recently completed a 202,044-square-foot delivery station at 3655 Grissom Parkway in Cocoa. In addition, a 141,360-square-foot delivery station located between West Eau Gallie Boulevard and Sarno Road in Melbourne is under construction. Packages would be shipped to the Cocoa and Melbourne facilities from other Amazon centers located elsewhere in the state, then loaded at the Brevard County sites onto Amazon vehicles for final delivery to customers.”
