A victim of its own success, Tampa looking at free downtown shuttle on busiest weekends

“One thing that’s in the works is expanding the use of the In-Towner, a trolley-style HART bus that now runs on a loop providing free rides between downtown destinations on weekdays, to big-event weekends as well.
