Tampa looking at downtown shuttles on busy weekends

“Mayor Bob Buckhorn said further steps could include adjusting the timing of traffic lights to handle surges of traffic into and out of downtown and ensuring enough police officers are assigned to control traffic. He said the city also ought to make better use of signs to direct traffic, encourage visitors to think about parking in garages in Ybor City and use the trolley to get to downtown, and get people used to the idea of using routes like Cass and Cypress streets to get to Interstate 275 instead of just Ashley Drive.” See More . . .
